First I want to say how kind, responsive, and professional Erika is. My order was somewhat last minute and Erika still personally kept me updated throughout the entire process. You can tell that Erika is a very talented baker and puts 100% effort into every order. Her business caught my eye because she really gives you the authentic, homemade look. Not only did the pictures show this, but the flavors were unmatched and made me feel like I was eating a cake from my grandmothers kitchen again. Delicious is an understatement! Strawberry shortcake is my absolute favorite and the only thing I would ever change is the whipped cream. To my pleasant surprise, Erika uses cream cheese and that alone made my day! Between the cream cheese, the moist cake that stayed fresh for a week, and the freshly cut strawberries, I couldn’t ask for anything better. When my original plans fell through, I was devastated but I’m so happy I didn’t give up and I found Cakeology! I hope this business continues to get the recognition and the praise it truly deserves!

Cakeology went above the call of duty helping me arrange a cake delivery to a local hospital same day when my cousin was admitted unexpectedly on his birthday. I put in the order at 6:30 and it was delivered at 8 and the owner checked in with me at every step to make sure it all went okay. Truly exceptional customer service.

This Thanksgiving was our first time trying one of Cakeology’s cakes. I have been following them for a while on social media and decided to pull the trigger. It did not disappoint!! WOW… the best cake I’ve ever had. I’ve tried many flavors from Cakeology, all amazing but the Dubai chocolate flavor blew my mind. The pistachio cream, the crunchy texture and the brownie cake filling make this cake one to remember. Everyone in the birthday party loved it and will definitely be getting it again. Any flavor you purchase will be amazing!

WOW! WOW! WOW! Not only was the Hazelnut and Chocolate Pavlova - Gluten Free Cake AMAZING but the CUSTOMER SERVICE was OUTSTANDING!!!! Erika is a true professional whose follow through is FIVE STAR. I sent this as a gift to my daughter for her 30th Birthday. Unfortunately, I was only sent a picture of the cake after it was cut BUT OMG YUM!!!!!
